Group Registration
Groups with 5 or more participants are eligible to register under the Group Registration Rate (HKD 950/person).

The group representative should register for the whole group by downloading the excel form here and filling in the form, then upload it accordingly. The Registration Office will contact the representative to arrange payment for the entire group.

五人及以上的团体均可享受注册优惠价（950港币/人）。

需有一位来自该团体的代表在此处下载Excel表格并录入所在团体的成员信息（包括代表本人及团队成员），然后将表格上传至对应位置。请知悉，团体的注册费用将由团体代表一人支付。注册处会在收到申请表以后与该团体代表联系并安排后续付款事宜。

Cancellation and Refund
Written notice of cancellation must be received by the Registration Office via email by 15 Oct 2026. The registration fee, after deducting 50% administrative charge, will be refunded within two months after the Conference. There will be no refund for notice of cancellation received after 15 Oct 2026. However, replacement of participant is allowed, subject to approval of the Organizing Committee. Please send details of the replacement in writing to the Registration Office by 16 Oct 2026. No substitution will be accepted after 16 Oct 2026.

 

Personal Information Collection Statement
By submitting this form, you express your interest in considering participation in "The 9th Cross-Strait Nutrition Conference", and agree to this “Personal Information Collection Statement”.
The personal data submitted by you in this form will be collected, retained, processed, used and transferred for the purposes of processing your registration of the conference; facilitating communications with you and other purposes relating to your participation.
Your personal data will be kept on a confidential basis by the Organizer (Hong Kong Nutrition Association) and its appointed agent. It only be accessed and handled by authorized staff for the said purposes. Your personal data may be disclosed to authorized agents, contractors or service providers solely for the said purposes.

 

取消与退款
如需取消参会，参加者必须在2026年10月15日之前通过电子邮件发送取消参会的书面通知至会议注册处。在扣除50%的手续费后，注册费将于会议结束后两个月内退还。2026年10月15日之后收到的取消通知将不予退款，但经组委会批准后，允许更换参会人员。请于2026年10月16日之前将更换人员的详细信息以书面形式发送至会议注册处。2026年10月16日以后不再接受更换人员申请。
